Early Childhood Education Family Services Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Services Manager to lead and coordinate the comprehensive services for children and families participating in the Head Start and / or Early Head Start program within Early Learning Academies.
The Family Services Manager will oversee key areas such as family development, health, nutrition, disabilities, and community partnerships.
This role requires a leader with a strong background in program management, staff training, and compliance with Head Start standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate family development, health, dental, mental health, nutrition, disabilities, ERSEA support, and record-keeping systems.
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with community agencies and families to deliver comprehensive child development, health, and family support services.
- Integrate program services for children and families, including referrals, resources, and follow-up.
- Provide and coordinate training and support to program staff on documentation, case management, and transitions for HS / EHS children and families.
- Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, including health care, screenings, and follow-up plans, feedback and file audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Health Care, Social Services, or Special Education with two years of supervisory experience, or a non-human services bachelor's degree with eight years of supervisory experience working with young children.
- Must have current first aid and CPR card.
- Obtain a TB test (negative result) prior to beginning employment.
- Must meet all childcare staff requirements
- Be able to clear a State criminal background check.
- Produce a clean driving abstract.
