Join our IT Department as a Strategic Program Manager and drive the transformation and success of our technology initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they align with our organization's long-term goals while meeting high standards for planning, staffing, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Planning & Development : Lead program planning to achieve organizational goals, set long-term objectives, and develop new initiatives.
Create annual budgets, operating plans, and evaluation frameworks to support and assess the program's success.
- Organizational Excellence : Ensure program activities align with organizational policies, standards, and governance. Implement best practices for documentation and process improvement.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Oversee program staff performance, establish intern engagement programs, and ensure all team members receive appropriate training and orientation.
- Strategic Execution & Control : Monitor multiple projects, manage budget allocations, and report on cash flow projections.
Address program risks proactively, conduct annual evaluations, and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Foster relationships with key vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure consistent and effective communication to maintain alignment and streamline program delivery.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields).
Master's degree preferred.
- Experience : 10-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT or project management software environments. PMP certification preferred.
- Technical & Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects with cross-functional and global teams.
Expertise in vendor management, customer communication, and C-level engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competencies : Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Personal Characteristics : Demonstrates ethical behavior, creative problem-solving, and a client-focused approach. Proven ability to build relationships, foster teamwork, and lead decisively.

Location : This position may work remote. Strongly prefer a candidate in Pacific or Mountain time zone. Selected candidate must be willing to work Arizona business hours (M-F, 8-5).
May entail some occasional travel to the Scottsdale, AZ corporate office
