The Global Journey & Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for an experienced strategic lifecycle marketer to help consult on and build full funnel global customer journeys across all touchpoints to build awareness, drive high quality pipeline, increase loyalty and generate revenue.

This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic lifecycle marketing standards and frameworks to drive increased customer engagement, loyalty and revenue growth.
They will evaluate areas to improve the buyer experience through testing, research and program optimization. This candidate will play a crucial role in enabling and evangelizing the buyer-centric journey evolution across Marketing, Operations, Sales and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management experience anchored in best practices with testing experience along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Salesforce is a fast-paced environment and this role requires someone with initiative who can take initiative to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement foundational lifecycle programs and assets tailored to the buyer's journey with a focus on developing strategies for purchase, upsell and cross-sell.
- Map customer journeys for the select buyer personas.
- Review existing buyer team materials, including SSOT (single source of truth) decks, buyer profiles, buyer research and customer experience.
- Partner with buyer teams to ensure accuracy and capture feedback.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement to overall journey for each buyer.
- Provide support and consultation to buyer teams to craft, deploy and report on testing to optimize existing journey motions.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to curate and create a repository of journey best practices.
- Evangelize and educate on the value and importance of our journey approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years experience working in B2B. Consulting experience a plus.
- BS / BA degree in marketing or equivalent related experience.
- Demonstrated experience with customer journeys and / or lifecycle marketing.
- Shown success in demand / pipeline generation through integrated, global, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships with cross-functional team members and lead through influence.
- Analytically inclined, excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to balance multiple project deadlines efficiently.
- A pragmatic, flexible and collaborative extraordinary teammate with a positive, can-do demeanor.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products, customers and the ecosystem.
- Consultative approach focused on listening, brainstorming, implementing and testing.
