As a Revenue Analyst, you would be responsible for report creation and analysis to gain and assist with overall generation of revenue for the property.
Update, process, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports in various systems, including GRO, Hilton Reporting Hub, OnQ PMS, R&I, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Delphi / DMPE, and OnQ FMS, to include, but not limited to : Daily report, Weekly Group Pick-Up Reports, Weekly Booking Pace Reports, Various Booking Pace reports (i.
e. : promotions, seasonal, etc), Month-end Revenue Management, OnQ FMS, and Market Comparison Reports. Data entry into various systems, including Excel, assist in preparation of the monthly forecast reports, monthly displacement report, monthly transient historical trend reports, monthly no-show analysis reports.
Development of new reports, as needed, to assist in preparation for the weekly revenue management meetings or data analysis.
Maintain historical statistical data from all distribution channels. Analyze and present accurate picture of trends, demand and market conditions.
Monitor and analyze daily and weekly rate shop analysis, identify selling strategies and market trends. Alert DRM and ADRM of emerging trends.
Assist in making strategy changes in revenue management systems. Conduct weekly group pick up meeting including creating of notes and adjustment of group forecasts and overall availability.
Provide administrative support for the Revenue Department to include : Creation of documents, with little direction as far as content.
Copying of reports for distribution and for the weekly revenue management meeting. Assist with implementation and tracking of additional ancillary property revenue and reporting.
This is a full-time position, and the schedule for the role is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Qualifications One (1) year of hotel experience and / or Bachelor's Degree in a Hospitality field - ideally experience within front office, reservations, or revenue management Advanced in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Access Hilton experience is a plus Expereince with PMS , GRO / IDeaS, preferred Knowledge of NEO and Delphi is a plus Super detail oriented Dedicated to excellence Ability to perform critical analysis.
