We are looking for an experienced lead teacher who is ready to take the next step into a dual role position. This person would lead the classroom and take on administrative responsibilities.
Time management skills are a must and the ability to take initiative will be crucial as we do not believe in micromanaging.
The assistant directors' responsibility is to assist the director in any job-related task assigned to them. Having an overall understanding of the expectations of the teachers and overseeing that they are being met.
Knowing all families at the center and building relationships with them is a must.
