Are you ready to help us make the future?ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Program Specialist I at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting and coordinating building automation construction projects within the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) business unit.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by effectively assisting in managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.
You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth MN, on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate program management team in managing and coordinating project activitiesAssist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutesTrack project progress and update project documentationAssist in the preparation of project reports and presentationsFacilitate the implementation of project management best practices and toolsFacilitate communication and collaboration among project team membersAssist in the resolution of project issues and risksThe annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $77,500.
