California Licensed Mental Health Therapist

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist in California (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients using various therapeutic modalities

Utilize data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state regulations through proper documentation and progress notes

Required Qualifications

Licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)

At least six months of teletherapy experience

Available for 8-24 hours per week, primarily in client sessions

Proficient with clinical assessments and electronic health / medical record systems
