Location : Cuero, TX

Hours : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18.00 - $30.00 / hr

Overview :

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Roof Jig / Decking & Shingles Assembler to join a modular home manufacturing company in Cuero, TX. This role focuses on roof framing, decking, and shingle installation to ensure quality roof structures are built and secured.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble roof framing and install roof joists.
  • Install roof decking and secure shingles.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Ensure accurate measurements and alignments.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Assist team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • Previous roofing, framing, or construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on elevated surfaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
