Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join our team! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy giving their best care to residents.
The duties of the Trained Medication Aide include, but are not limited to :
Administer medications and treatments according to the facility’s medication policy
Follow safety protocols
Report errors in the administration of medications
Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DON
Assist CNA with caring for residents when needed
Complete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessary
Qualifications and Skills :
MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing
TMA experience in a nursing home setting
Current CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant
Must have clear verbal and written English skills
Must work every other weekend
Must pass a criminal background
