Title : Architectural Project Manager
Location : Lisle, IL (100% onsite)
Duration : Contract to Direct
Hours : 8am - 4 : 30pm (a total of 37.5 hours a week)
Our client is a Leader in Science Laboratory furniture and fixtures and is looking for a Project Manager.
Qualifications are :
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to estimate bill of materials from architectural and shop drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- AutoCAD skills preferred.
Duties are :
- Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.
- Interpret customer drawings for processing into manufacturer's custom software.
- Scheduling and processing of customers' orders.
- Communicate material constraints with customers.
- On the job training will be provided and is necessary for this position.
