Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least three years of experience in Financial Aid at a higher education institution.
- Knowledge of financial aid program regulations and student eligibility.
- Knowledge of Scholarship management and donor scholarships.
- Knowledge of recruitment cycles.
- Working knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to use PeopleSoft Administration.
- Ability to analyze and positively change policies and procedures.
- Ability to lead and coordinate processes within a team.
- Ability to disseminate information to all levels; including administration, colleagues and students.
Desired : Master's degree.

Three years of experience with Scholarship Administration.
