Director of Critical Care ICU - Round Rock, TX

Lead a dynamic team in providing unparalleled critical care, overseeing ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Direct operations of a 22-bed ICU, plus IMC & Telemetry units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and planning to optimize unit functions and patient care.
- Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and superior clinical identity.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory standards, and equipment maintenance.
Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required, Nursing or related field preferred. Master's degree advantageous.
- Registered Nurse with active license.
BLS certification.
Proven leadership experience in critical care settings.
