Overview
Intuit is on the lookout for highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associates . This seasonal opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward positive financial outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you will work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing both in-person and virtual support using Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will be crucial in :
- Providing full-service tax return preparation and advice.
- Understanding each customer’s unique situation to alleviate their tax-related stress.
- Building long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty within the local community.
This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis.
