We are looking for a Clinical Program Coordinator who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing.
Supports clients with foundational well-being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long-term sobriety.
The CPC engages highly vulnerable individuals struggling with both substance use and mental health challenges in order to provide stability and assist them in their recovery.
In addition, multiple evidence-based approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, contingency management, and family, group as well as individual therapy.
The CPC provides the clinical leadership necessary to achieve its mission and objectives in collaboration with the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling Services and staff.
He / she supports the policies, rules, and regulations of the facility. Assists with the overall medical quality management of the facility, providing leadership and guidance for physicians, allied staff, and the facility’s clinical staff.
What will your day look like? You will :
Ensure record-keeping compliance.
Hire, supervise, and evaluate the Program Leadership team; oversee supervision by the Executive Director of the direct service team.
Trouble-shoot clinically-related problems and roll out clinical initiatives that will improve the clinical quality of programs in the field.
Collaborates with other facility directors to discuss Performance Improvement findings, problems, and program issues, on a monthly basis.
Develops and implements action plans, as needed, to correct problems or issues defined.
Assists in periodic review and revision of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Attends treatment team meetings, as scheduled.
Complies with required hours in accordance with the contract agreement.
Works collaboratively with the Executive Director, facility staff, physician, and allied staff.
Adheres to and ensures facility policies and procedures.
Abides by all safety / risk, infection control, and other guidelines, as required.
Assists in ensuring State and Federal regulations and JCAHO standards are met and maintained.
Coordination of all vendors providing Clinical Services
Minimum of 1-2 Saturdays per month providing Clinical Services in the Facility
What you will need for this position :
Master's Degree and 2 years of experience in staff supervision and program administration.
A minimum of one year in partial hospitalization or outpatient setting, serving in administrative function; preferred.
LSW or LCSW and LCADC; preferred.
