DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position :
- Carry out basic business analysis (process flows, user experience, business workflows, etc.).
- Responsible for implementing initiatives for the Credit Union as directed.
- Ensure adherence to accepted project management practices.
- Work with IT project managers to provide communication, documentation, and everyday management of active projects.
- Work with IT project managers to develop various communications (minutes, reports, updates) for project stakeholders.
- Assist IT project managers in various stages of a project's lifecycle : Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
- Must be knowledgeable in the operations of the Information Technology Services Department.
