Position Title : Licensed Esthetician for Cryotherapy Spa

Location : Layton, Utah

Availability : FULL TIME, WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and licensed esthetician with proven sales experience to join our team at Nody Evolution Labs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, with a specific interest in cryotherapy treatments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-exceptional interpersonal skills- proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (will be trained)-High level of motivation and drive to hit sales goals.

The esthetician will be responsible for providing a variety of cryotherapy services, including cryotherapy, facials, body treatments, and other esthetic services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform cryotherapy treatments, including cryo facials and localized cryotherapy.
• Welcome customers on arrival, understand their treatment needs, figure out the best treatment plans, create the best bundles and discounts and sell them the right treatment package.
• Qualify them in a few minutes on interest-free and with interest-financing options with our financing partners.
• Effectively suggest solutions for their reasoning for why they cannot afford the treatments, and apply additional discounts and complementary treatments as necessary.
• Set up the treatments and schedule them for future treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Educate clients about body contouring, routines, and treatments that can enhance their health.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to cryotherapy and other treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cryotherapy and laser hair removal.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and professional relationships.
• Assist in the sales of the services offered by the spa.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications :

• Current esthetician license in the state of Oregon.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
• MUST be able to sell
• Previous experience in a spa or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cryotherapy and its benefits is a plus (we will train you).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity required for operating spa equipment and performing treatments.

Pay will be HOURLY, and CONTRACTOR employee for the first 90 days of employment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay :

• Commission pay possible
• Quarterly Merit bonus

Experience :

Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
