In This Role, You Will :
- Represent Top Notch Contracting to potential clients and assist them through the sales and insurance processes.
- Build a referral network for future business opportunities.
- Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and serve as the first point of contact for property owners.
- Collaborate with back-end office and production support.
- Create happy customers to generate referrals and positive reviews.
- Participate in networking and marketing events to strengthen relationships.
- Continuously enhance your sales skills through professional development and training.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Ability to work independently after training
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Ability to use ladders for inspections
- Organizational skills and ability to follow processes
Compensation :
- Base Pay + Commission
- Performance Bonuses
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License / Certification :
