Collaborating with clients, we create premium injection molded tubes with luxurious finishes. We offer USA-based manufacturing solutions near Charlotte, North Carolina, reducing carbon footprint and shipment lead times.

Role Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This includes being the primary point of contact for all customer communications pertaining to commercial activities, and collaborating with the sales team.

The Account Manager also coordinates with the Operations and Quality Departments to ensure that orders are produced and completed within the confirmed lead times.

In short, the Account Manager is critical in maintaining and growing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments.
  • Contribute to new business growth by assisting BDM with exploring new business opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline of active leads.
  • Input new client onboarding form to ERP
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer forecasts and sales performance.
  • Receive and process all customer PO’s and ensure that production timelines are strictly monitored with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Participate in the production planning meetings with internal departments and the customer.
  • Coordinate timelines and monitor adherence to key milestones during the NPD process from receipt of customer brief to ex-factory, communicating with key stakeholders internally.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and follow up on project progress.
  • Confidently take action to ensure that customer complaints are prioritized, and delegated and resolutions are communicated to the customer.
  • Seek answers to all other general customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners.
  • Maintained client price list updates and communicated changes to BDM’s and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing is preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in the broader industry.
  • Exposure to the following fields will be preferred : Graphic Printing, Labels, Flexographic Printing, Plastics, and Packaging.
  • Client Relationship Management, Business Development, and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the beauty, health, or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
