Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Twin Cities Dental Lab in Falcon Heights, MN for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist / Data Entry.

The regular hours for this position are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position :

• Enter sales orders into Magic Touch for all cases, print, QC and attach.
• Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases.
• Assist with answering incoming Company phone calls.
• Schedule all incoming cases.
• Responsible for invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach.
• Disburse cases for local drivers and help with logistics.
