Del Amo Gardens Care Center -
We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The role consists of assisting residents with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following :
provide direct resident care (ADL care)
assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding and mobility
monitor and report changes in resident health status to the licensed nurses
follow proper infection control techniques
work with a diverse population of residents including different languages, individuals requiring behavioral health support and those with infectious diseases
Skills include, but not limited to the following :
Current California C.N.A. certificate
experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities as a C.N.A. preferred
comfortable working with residents (short term care and long term care)
ability to lift and move residents safely
responsible
able to work a 4 / 2 schedule and flexibility with extra shifts as needed
