Position Responsibilities :
- Provides the highest level possible of service and support to assigned salespersons(s).
- Provides our contractors the highest level possible of customer service.
- Ensures all stock and special orders are received following company policies.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of all contractors.
- Fills in for salesperson(s) as needed.
- Answers telephone inquiries pleasantly and promptly.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of the products sold, product usage, product prices and new products on the market.
- Complies with Company procedures on sales transactions, paperwork, refunds, credit memos, etc.
- Maintains housekeeping for assigned work area.
- Promotes team concept.
Reports errors to supervisor(s).
Writes up sales orders.
Meets customers as they walk in the store front.
Maintain and create special orders for installed product groups.
Receives and checks in inventory.
Facilitate service and new order calls.
Schedule door builds in alignment with company policy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Ability to sit or stand for up to four (4) hours at a time.
Strength (lift, carry, push, pull) : Maximum lifts 100 lbs.; frequent lift / carry 50 lbs.
Ability to exert 50 lbs. Of force to move objects.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS :
Work inside in controlled temperature.
Work outside in uncontrolled temperatures for indefinite periods of time.
