Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patients' overall physical and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatments, and preventive measures
  • Document and maintain accurate records of patients' progress and treatment plans

Qualifications :

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes
