Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive sports marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Identify and evaluate sports-related sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conceptualize and implement creative sports marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, experiential, and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with athletes and influencers to create authentic and impactful marketing content.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all sports marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, including leagues, teams, athletes, and media partners.
• Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of sports industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
• Develop and manage the sports marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
• Create comprehensive reports on sports marketing initiatives, demonstrating the impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in sports marketing or related fields, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sports sponsorships, athlete partnerships, or sports-related brand activations.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry landscape, including current trends, fan behaviors, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software relevant to sports marketing.
