Overview of the Mailing / Office Assistant role :
- Sort incoming mail and prepare for distribution
- Travel across the company campus to distribute incoming mail to appropriate personnel at multiple facilities
- Prepare outgoing packages for shipping, and documentation and envelopes for recall mailings, drop off outgoing mail to the post office
- Complete a variety of printing orders for the entire company, including decals, booklets, brochures, presentations, envelopes, manuals, etc
- Act as backup to the receptionist : answer phone calls, operate the switchboard, greet guests, and direct visitors
Preferred Qualifications for the Mailing / Office Assistant :
- Minimum two years of experience in an office role
- Strong computer skills and high degree of organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to maintain professionalism in all correspondence
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
This role is fully onsite in Middlebury, IN.
The annual salary is $31,200.00 to $41,600.00 depending on experience.
