Position is on-site in Lisle, IL We are seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to work directly with the founder to lead the launch, scaling, and management of the business (Fintech Saas startup).
This is a unique role that combines product, growth, and operations, offering you a foundational leadership position in the company.
This role is a full-time position with a significant equity grant that vests over four years , including a one-year cliff.
What You'll Do Launch & Growth Strategy :
- Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market plan.
- You will be responsible for defining our target market, positioning the product, and driving initial user acquisition.
Product Management :
Own the product roadmap.You'll work with the engineering team to translate customer feedback and market needs into new features, ensuring the product is intuitive and solves real problems.Customer & Community :
Be the voice of our early users.You'll actively gather feedback, conduct interviews, and build a community of early adopters who will help us refine and grow the product.Business Operations :
Manage all non-technical aspects of the business.This includes financial planning, vendor management, and ensuring we meet all necessary legal and compliance requirements.Hiring & Management :
As needed, you will identify, hire, and manage contractors or additional team members to support our aggressive growth plan.Who You Are An Experienced Builder :
You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role at an early-stage SaaS or technology startup.You have a proven track record of launching a product from scratch and achieving initial traction.A Versatile Generalist :
You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.Data-Driven :
You use metrics and data to make decisions.You can define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to identify growth opportunities.Industry Knowledge (Preferred) :
You have a strong understanding of a complex, traditional industry and are familiar with major players and market dynamics.Entrepreneurial Spirit :
