Responsibilities :
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing customer inquiries related to accounts payable
- Processing and coding invoices with precision
- Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests
- Setting invoices up for payment and tracking expenses and process expense reports
- Preparing and performing check runs
- Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintaining vendor files and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Producing monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.
