Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors.

Position Description :
The Lead CNC Machine Operator will perform and oversee day-to-day operations of the Mazak i1250s including : ser-up, operation, performing required inspections, trouble shooting, and produces machined parts by operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
The work week is Monday Thursday working 12-hour shifts; includes a 20% shift differential.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
- Communication and development of team member’s technical skills
- Trains new team members
- Load parts and operate machines (Lathe, Mill, and / or EDM)
- Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
- Perform minor edits of CNC program and replace tooling as needed
- Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
- Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of CNC experience
- Team-oriented
- Self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Blend of technical, interpersonal skills and continuous learning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
