Head Chef Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Training and development of kitchen staff
  • Experience in  high volume, upscale casual, all scratch kitchens
  • Maintain food safety / sanitation standards
  • Ensuring recipes are made to the highest standard
  • Encouraging creativity and fun!
  • Positive career tenure
  • 4 plus years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Health and Safety - HACCP Knowledge is a must
  • Understanding of budget management / financials
