Scheduling Analyst, Workforce Management
Job Description : The Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst I, will be responsible for utilization of Workforce Managements IEX forecasting and scheduling software to analyze, optimize current, and provide recommended optimal employee work schedules.
The scheduling analyst will analyze call volume data, identify trends, and proactively initiate corrective and / or preventative recommended action plans when scheduling and / or providing scheduling recommendations.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for scheduling, and schedule optimization, based on service level requirements, average handle time, staffing requirements, and occupancy
- Process all incoming schedule requests and changes within set department SLA
- Generate and maintain all employee schedules, and time off group maintenance
- Update all employee attributes in NICE IEX scheduling system and CXOne
- Generate all new hire schedules / team recommendations in collaboration with the Forecasting Team
- Ongoing review of schedule adherence by Employee / Team, and other Webstation reporting to assist leaders with managing employee performance
- Assist Service Leadership in reviewing, updating and / or analyzing employee work schedule
- Provide guidance to Service Leadership to assist with scheduling inquiries
Other Job Duties :
- Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
- Agent and super group management through the use of CxOne
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook), including an ability to understand and visually convey information and insights through graphs, charts, images, and other means (such as through Tableau)
Job Requirements :
Minimum Education Required : High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required : 3-5 years of Workforce Management experience

Pay Range :
$21.78-$36.30 / hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
