Management Analyst
Work Location : Fort Eustis, VA
Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is contingent upon award.
Core Duties :
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures
- Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
- Gather and organize information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved
- Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
- Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
- Develop solutions or alternative practices
- Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
- Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
- Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or a total of 6 years of specialized experience in one or more of the fields identified
- A minimum of six years' experience, of which at least three years must be specialized. Specialized related scientific or technical discipline
