A SHORT LIS T OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Properly read and supplement repair estimates
- Restore structural dimensions and integrity to the collision damaged vehicles
- Use measuring and frame equipment to diagnose damage and return damaged frame or unibody parts to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as needed, and properly install new parts.
- Work with a variety of metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical and mechanical parts.
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts for repairs
- Research repair information as needed.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 years of experience as a collision / body technician
- I-CAR and aluminum certification preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
