We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager / Site Safety & Health Officer (QC / SSHO) to join our SES Electrical LLC (SEL) team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH).
The ideal candidate will ensure all site activities are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
This role is located at Fort Liberty, NC .

Compensation :
$110,000 - $130,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a Quality Control Plan (QCP) in alignment with UFGS requirements for the SES Electrical LLC (SEL) team based in Fort Liberty, NC.
- Create and manage detailed documentation for all QC activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and test results to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation readily available for review by relevant stakeholders.
- Perform pre-work inspections to confirm materials and equipment meet the required project standards.
- Monitor and inspect all work phases, such as repairing the sump tank liner and installing chiller systems, to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the testing of materials and systems to guarantee compliance with project specifications and UFGS standards.
- Implement and uphold site-specific safety and health plans to sustain a safe working environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols to prevent incidents and safeguard the well-being of project personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, provide safety training to project personnel, and maintain daily safety logs to monitor safety performance.
- Investigate and promptly report safety incidents or near-misses to mitigate risks and ensure a secure work environment.
Physical Requirements :
This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients.
Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time;
frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds.
If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection.

Working Conditions :
Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife.
Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Qualifications :
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- USACE CQM Certification.
- Has hands-on experience with Procore and RMS software.
- Skilled in using Word, Excel, and PDF proficiently.
- Demonstrated track record as a QC / SSHO on federal projects.
- Profound understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Expertise in safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong focus on detail and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
