Job Summary :

TMAC Metroplex is seeking a talented and creative entry level Animator to join our team. This role involves creating and animating instructional videos to support our various programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation and a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and animate instructional videos using vector and raster art.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging visual content that aligns with our educational and promotional goals.
• Design and produce graphics, illustrations, and animations that simplify complex concepts and enhance user understanding.
• Edit and refine videos based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of graphics for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to enhance visual storytelling.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into animation projects.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
• Professional experience in vector art creation and animation.
• Basic knowledge and experience of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with editing video and creating vector animations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Professional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
