- Create and edit content for technical audiences, including developer documentation, Computer Science course material, and IT administration playbooks.
- Write and edit instructional documents, user guides, playbooks, methods of procedures, and start guides.
- Ensure adherence to house style guidelines.
- Simplify complex information into plain language for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate strong spelling and grammar skills, following AP style guidelines.
- 508 compliance experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in technical writing and editing
