Spur Reply is looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Connected Communications service line. The Associate Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager and becomes a fully integrated member of project teams in their first couple months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Apply logic and Spur methodologies to provide recommendations to clients.
• Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions, and recommendations with your peers and clients.
• Develop high-quality drafts of communication from emails to executive presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results.
• Work independently or closely with clients and team members to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide project support and complete administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with solid academic achievement and or significant relevant work experience.
• Coursework in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, journalism, or communications is a strong plus.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Good business acumen and awareness of business trends.
• Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Strategic thinking : Research and gather data to contribute to strategic discussions.
• Ideation : Participate in and capture ideas during ideation meetings.
• Intuition : Identify necessary tasks or issues and ask clarifying questions with guidance.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $50,000 - $68,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor.

We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and / or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
