Key Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience working in AV or Construction industry
• Lutron experience
• Sonos experience
• Pre-wire of residential homes
• TV mounting experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and people for projects
• Ability to lead a team and divide work
• Ability to foresee future issues and anticipate solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to varied audiences
• Highly organized, note taker, and loves to document processes
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and builders that have different levels of expertise
• Strong analytical and organizational skills necessary
• Open and willing to learn
• Takes accountability for every project
• Install audio, video, security and control systems
• Basic Network knowledge
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings / blueprints
• Service and system maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned

Description

We are looking for an AV experienced Install Technician whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience.

Someone who takes initiative in every project, and is passionate about AV. You must be able to see the big picture and provide guidance to other installers.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
