Key Responsibilities
- Managing all activities of quality inspection
- Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of Inspectors based on the production plan
- Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates related to the quality inspection processes
- Issuing reports and all information related to inspection issues
- Preparation of workstation training for (new) team members
- Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts
- Performing effective hand-overs from one shift to the next
Minimum Qualifications
- Working experience in operational or supplier quality, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of quality related company standards and customer specific requirements
- Additional training for managing people
- Basic knowledge of the production processes in area of responsibility
- Basic understanding of customer specific requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office and other software applications used in the supplier quality area
- Good knowledge of basic problem solving and continuous improvement tools
Candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen upon acceptance of an offer
