What We Need :

iHeart is seeking a Data Scientist to partner with our Marketing teams to accelerate growth of the iHeartRadio app. In this role, you will be responsible for building models to optimize our marketing efforts, uncovering insights to guide new strategies, and collaborating with a variety of cross-functional peers to help leverage data throughout the organization.

The preferred candidate should demonstrate a solid history of executing analytical projects and closely collaborating with business counterparts to inform decision-making.

What You'll Do :

  • Help define and execute projects geared towards user acquisition, engagement, and retention growth.
  • Develop and maintain datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools for the entire Marketing organization.
  • Develop and evaluate machine learning models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and generate recommendations.
  • Perform impact analysis and modeling for a variety of different marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate your findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data for machine learning models.
  • Bring a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical leads.

What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of work experience in data analytics / science or relevant domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, objectively, and rationally.
  • Proficient in reasoning and communicating in a result-oriented, data-driven manner.
  • High level of autonomy.
  • Experience in Growth Marketing, Attribution Systems, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Familiarity with modern machine learning, simulation, and optimization techniques.

Compensation :

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $104,000 - $130,000
