Job Description
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Contract Administration Support to work in our Business Management department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule onsite out of our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off.
You will join our Acquisitions and Contracts Management team to support contract staff in various functions, including contract close out, vendor management, reporting, and other administrative support.
You will report to the Associate Director of Acquisition & Contracts Management. Responsibilities Include :
- Support contract close out functions, including gathering and validating documentation and records retention coordination, with the support and guidance of the Contract Closeout Specialist.
- Interface with acquisitions, finance, business offices, internal audit, records management, and other relevant organizations to support internal processes and controls.
- Provide effective and responsible operation of closeout performance standards and procedures.
- Support vendor management, including Vendor Portal, by assisting suppliers and contract specialists.
- Support internal acquisition customers through Ask Acquisitions system by providing customer service and assistance.
- Maintain precise documentation to justify decisions, conclusions, findings, and / or recommendations.
- Use computer systems or applications to access, create, edit, print, send, retrieve, or manipulate analytical data, files, or other information to provide required and / or ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Plan, execute, monitor and improve the associated procurement business processes while continually ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining compliance.

The pay range for this non-exempt position is : Level 320 ($19.41 / hour -$31.05 / hour) / Level 330 ($21.90 / hour-$36.
13 / hour). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
Multi-Level : This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills.
