Your daily doing will involve
- You will conduct research to identify ideal customers and arrange meetings with potential prospective clients.
- You promote our products and services to potential customers.
- You record sales and customer interactions in CRM.
- You also prepare sales contracts and documentation.
- Once a contract is signed, you ensure that customers are seamlessly handed over to the Customer Success team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- You build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and support senior sales staff in developing sales strategies.
- You will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- You will participate in training and development activities to enhance your sales knowledge.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals
- Experience CRM software, market analysis tools and business development platforms
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
