Receptionist in Body Shop
Fulltime : 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, Mon Fri
Pay rate : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience.
Location : Norwalk, OH

Summary :
As the Receptionist in the Body Shop, you will great customers upon arrival and assist them through the repair process, providing excellent customer service, answering phones, updating customer repair information, setting appointments, scheduling follow-ups.
You will be the face and voice of the Body Shop assuring a great professional experience in auto repair services.
What you will do :
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Set appointments for estimates or repairs.
- Greet customers upon arrival and start the vehicle check in process.
- Obtain signatures on all documents to obtain authorization for repairs and payment.
- Set a follow-up schedule and contact customers with status updates though the course of the repair.
- Load vehicle and customer info into CCC to create a repair work file.
- Prepare customers' vehicles for the estimating process.
- Coordinate with Estimators on customer repair needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with Estimators to establish an estimated completion date.
- Reserve rental vehicles and fill out contacts with customers as needed.
- Ensure that Rental or Loaner vehicles are on site and prepped for customer pickup.
- Collect payment for repairs and perform active delivery.
- Follow up with customers after repairs are completed to promote positive experience.
- Write purchase orders for paint and material invoices.
- Write up repair orders that may be associated with non-collision repairs to such as :
- Rentals
- Towing
- Detailing
- Assist with maintaining the A / R schedule to ensure payments are being received for completed repairs.
- Monitor workflow for detail, prioritize to ensure work is completed to meet customer expectations and Body Shop Manager.
What you will need :
- Must be able to operate an I-pad or equivalent.
- Utilize industry specific software.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
