DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Bookkeeper to handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, checks in and out weekly, assist with pre-payroll work and basic Office Manager duties.
Other duties include ordering supplies, and sending out letters to clients, etc.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop preferred
- Ability to research, track, and resolve accounting errors as they arise
- Working experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Proficiency with Excel, 10-key by touch, Word, Outlook, and Adobe pdf
- 2 years of accounting experience required
- Experience in the construction industry and SAGE 100 is preferred
