- Network Architecture : Provide network architecture support, including infrastructure assessments, creation of logical and conceptual network diagrams, monitoring, analysis, problem resolution, and changes.

- Technical Support : Senior-level technical support experience in a complex enterprise networking environment, including analytical and problem-solving skills (10+ years).
- IP Networking : Thorough working knowledge of IP networking (10+ years).
- Security and Firewall Administration : Experience with security and firewall administration, including data network implementation (10+ years).
- Advanced Diagnostics : Experience with advanced diagnostics equipment and tools, routing protocols, network management tools, remote access, Ethernet, and WAN technologies (7+ years).
- Specific Technologies : Experience with F5 and Visio (2+ years).
- Cloud Technologies : Experience with cloud networking, particularly AWS and Azure (1+ years).
- Highly Desired Skills Unix Scripting : Skills in Unix scripting languages such as Perl, Bash, TCL, and cURL.
- VMware : Experience with VMware implementation and administration.
- Qualification Insights Top Priorities : Emphasis on network architecture and firewall management.
