Service Receptionist / Service Cashier - North Park Subaru
We are looking for a dedicated Person to fill our growing service department.. We need applicants who have great customer service skills and are willing to learn the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule service appointmnets
- Cashier customer and close repair orders
- Prepare and file repair orders. Scan repair orders and invoices
- Understand cash drawers and how to balance them
- Understand and implement dealership service process
- Use texting to communicate with customers
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 months of related experience and / or training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
