My name is Gordon. I'm a 78 year old, retired senior interested in hiring a non-smoking, live-in housekeeper for my home in the gated community of St James, just outside Southport, North Carolina. I hope to connect with a compatible, dog-friendly employee who is looking for a nice place to live in exchange for keeping the house clean and orderly. At this time I do not require any medical assistance, but that may become an issue in the future.

Service Requirements :

My 2BR 2 BA home needs general room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general straightening. I will provide all the necessary house keeping equipment and supplies.

Other Availability :

In addition to the above, I am looking to hire someone to provide housekeeping for my beach house rental property on Oak Island. Compensation would be in addition to that for my residence.

Cleaning of residence can be performed at your convenience, allowing you to take on additional work as you desire. The housekeeping for the rental property is based on the rental calendar, but is usually done between 10 and 4 on the day of the guests' arrival.
