Seattle Real Estate Agent

We are looking for positive, energetic, ambitious, business-minded agents to join our highly successful real estate team.
Training, accountability, high-performance coaching, marketing support, leads, and more will be provided.
Compensation :
$100,000 - $250,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Consult with clients to develop winning strategies for buying and selling homes.
- Phone calls, follow-ups, e-mail communications, meetings, appointments, and overall management of the sales pipeline.
- Manage leads by phone, email, text, social media, and CRM.
- Hold open houses to secure unrepresented buyers who need a great real estate agent.
- Network and market to find new customers.
- Build a personal brand and generate business through social media channels.
Qualifications :
- Real estate experience of 2+ years is a PLUS!
- Full-time work including evenings and weekends
- Current real estate license or will have in 30 days
- Tech-savvy with easy ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive, can-do, growth mindset
- Familiarity with the Seattle area real estate market
- Customer service background
- Sales skills
- Hard working and willing to learn and do the work to make life-changing money to support your dreams and lifestyle for you and your family
