Position Overview :
The Call Center Rep will handle inbound calls related to parking violations (around 100+ calls per day).
The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask while meeting departmental standards.
Call Center Rep Job Details :
Schedule : Monday-Friday / FULL TIME / IN OFFICE with in the hours of 8AM-8 : 00PM and the 4
Saturdays of every month 8 : 30AM-12 : 00PM.
- Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour
- Type : Contract to Hire Role!
Call Center Rep Job Description :
- Handle 100+ inbound calls daily regarding parking violations, providing accurate information and support.
- Update citizen records, research violations, schedule hearings, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure a high level of accuracy while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
C Call Center Rep Job Requirements :
- High School or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
