Capital City Club operates three distinct and unique properties for the enjoyment of its members and guests : a City Club Downtown, a Country Club located in historic Brookhaven, and a Golf Club in Milton.
Each location offers unique dining venues and world-class swimming, tennis, and fitness facilities.
Job Overview :
Capital City Club has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in our Brookhaven office. The ideal candidate will manage approximately 2,500 member accounts, ensuring accurate posting of all charges, payments, and adjustments.
This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and requires excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to member billing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Apply payments from multiple sources to member accounts daily and maintain supporting documentation.
- Interact with Club department heads weekly to resolve billing questions.
- Apply banquet deposit credits to existing charges and manage reciprocal and bill-back arrangements with other clubs.
- Prepare and send member statements and past-due communications monthly.
- Assist with preparing annual external audit requests and performed other accounting and administrative duties as required.
