What You'll Do :
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap for our proprietary AI / ML models that optimize client GTM motions
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other product teams to deliver models that are efficient, scalable and explainable
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer needs and pain points
- Deliver effective solutions by defining success metrics, driving progress and communicate results to stakeholders
- Manage trade-offs, risks and dependencies across multiple projects and teams
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring :
- 5+ years of product management experience in AI / ML models, data science or related fields
- Experience in managing AI / ML based products that deal with complex data, processing and analysis
- Proven track record of success in the Sales & Marketing industry, demonstrating substantial experience and achievements in driving product growth and achieving business targets
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of how B2B data helps sales and marketing teams achieve their goals
