A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As an Office Administrator, you are responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and stakeholders as you create a great, professional first impression.

Overall, you provide secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, accounting, payroll, data input, clerical, and other services for the organization's business operations.

You answer all incoming calls, retrieve voicemails, and make phone calls to answer questions, provide support, and schedule services.

To maintain our customer database, schedule jobs, produce estimates, and provide reports, you skillfully use House Call Pro, the software we use as a company.

You maintain good relationships and correspondence with vendors while also assisting employees with general employment questions and concerns.

Ensuring that office safety and security protocols are adhered to, you perform enrollment processes, revenue processes, bill payments, and weekly deposits.

You support special events and help anywhere else as needed. Your efforts keep our office and field operations running smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Ability to act within established policy and procedures

Are you detail-oriented and organized? Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally? Can you work well with others?
